HERE TENANT EXPANDS

Long Standing Tenants of HERE, BSQ Talent (www.BSQtalent.com) Formally Berkeley Square IT a Bristol based recruitment company have expanded to new offices to allow the business to continue to scale.
The now BSQ Talent initially secured a suite within the initial Phase 1 development of HERE of circa 1,000 sq ft in 2018. Due to significant growth, they have recently completed a letting of a much larger suite of circa 2,600 sq ft.
The workspace they now occupy was previously part of the original building and therefore the Landlord undertook a complete refurbishment to bring it up to the HERE specification Previously the suite was broken up with part of the office being an old kitchen from its historic use, it had limited natural light and the rest of the office space was generally dated.
As part of the works, the internal walls were removed and new window openings were fitted on the side and rear elevations. This provided an open plan suite with lots of natural light and alongside this all the original windows were also replaced with modern energy efficient fittings.
The office space was stripped back to the shell, decorated, new floor coverings installed and new design led efficient L.E.D lighting was fitted. As part of the landlord works a new stylish kitchen was installed, a crittall framed meeting room created and the office was cabled ready for their occupation.
What has been great during this project was to doing what we love best and bringing a previously outdated older workspace space back into use for a dynamic, modern company. It now provides an enviable work space for a growing company that wanted to remain at the building but needed a much larger space to accommodate their expanding business.
