Ashville Group collects the following types of information through the Ashville Group Sites:

The Personal Data we collect about you may be stored for 10 years following the most recent interaction we have had with you, after which point it will be archived only for so long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above, in accordance with applicable laws.

Ashville Group does not sell or disclose your Personal Data to third parties without your consent, except:
To another company in connection with the sale or transfer of one of our product lines or divisions, which includes the services provided through one or more of Ashville Group affiliates.
To governing regulatory authorities or as may otherwise be necessary for Ashville Group to comply with a legal obligation or demand.
Your privacy choices
You have the right to see and get a copy of the Personal Data about you that we maintain as well as to ask us to make corrections to inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data about you. You have the right to receive data that you have provided to us in a machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller. You may also request the erasure of your Personal Data or the restriction of its processing, or object to the processing of Personal Data about you. Ashville Group maintains controls to protect and secure Personal Data, but when you share Personal Data online there is always some risk that an unauthorised third party could gain access to your information.

Email marketing messages and subscription
Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or on our marketing mailing list. If you are a limited company you will be subscribed to our mailing list as a legitimate interest. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the ‘Processing of your personal data’ above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allow marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations, will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time. See any marketing messages for instructions on how to unsubscribe or manage your preferences, you can also unsubscribe from all MailChimp lists, by following the link in any message, or otherwise contact the EMS provider.
