ASHVILLE SECURES RAFT OF HERE DEALS

Ashville has secured a raft of lettings at the HERE development in Bristol after the completion of the latest phase of refurbishment works.

Campbell Reith has acquired 1,700 sq ft in the newly completed phase two, relocating from Keynsham.

Project Offset has also snapped up an 890 sq ft in unit, with the most recent tenant being Group of Seven taking 1,000 sq ft.

Andrew Oliver, lettings manager at Ashville, said: “We are delighted to have Campbell Reith, Group of Seven and Project Offset Limited join our community at HERE.

“As we begin to see our customers come back to our buildings, we are reinvesting into our assets to attract staff back and we are immediately seeing the benefits of this as business’ join us.”
